The FITfactory is a group fitness and personal training studio, currently offering daily live stream classes during lockdown, including world famous fitness experiences such as Les Mills BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE, GRIT and BODYATTACK & our home grown favourites such as pumpFIT, coreFIT & stepFIT.

We offer personal training, fitness & dietary mentorship, and various bootcamp programmes designed to offer a health and fitness package to suit all needs.
