Spinning is one of the best cardiovascular workouts available - it's low impact and scalable for all fitness levels as you control your own resistance level on your bike. In a typical class, you'll simulate sprints, climbs and rolling hills. Our spin classes are fun & exciting in our UV spin studio.
A fast paced class which uses a step, a barbell and some weight plates. We'll work through a music track on each major muscle group, using a light weight high rep system to get you pumped up and energised. Weight training is a great way to tone up and burn bodyfat!

Add HIIT to your life with our three unique LES MILLS GRIT™ workouts and take your fitness to the next level. Each class will focus on STRENGTH, CARDIO, PLYOMETRICS, or a fusion of training disciplines.
LES MILLS GRIT™ is designed to create the ultimate 'afterburn' effect - this is when your body continues to burn extra calories (and body fat) for up to 30 hours after the class.
The perfect class for those looking for a full cardio, strength and core workout in one class. You'll use various equipment, as well as bodyweight exercises, and each week the circuit will vary to keep it interesting and challenging.
Fast paced and exhilarating, but with options available for each exercise to suit YOUR fitness level & ability.
Using the TRX suspension system, this class will challenge you ways which conventional exercise cannot, simultaneously building functional strength, endurance & flexibility.
A circuit training class with elements inspired by crossfit and HIIT (High intensity interval training). Working in small groups, either to complete as many rounds of exercises as possible, or with specific targets.
