Refund policy

Classes cancelled more than 24 hours before class begins - full refund

Classes cancelled less than 24 hours before class begins - 50% refund by way of credit to your account.

Classes can be cancelled up to 20mins before a class begins, and should be cancelled directly using your booking account. 

If you do not turn up for a class which is booked, you may receive a charge to your account to the value of the class.


Injuries & illness policy

It is your responsibility to inform your class instructor, before commencing the class, of any injury or condition which could reasonably be assumed to be made worse by participating in the class.


The FITfactory uses lighting effects, including flashing lights. If you have a condition which may be affected by lighting effects, it is your responsibility to inform your class instructor before commencing the class. Please be aware that you may arrive for a class when a class is already running which uses lighting effects. If in doubt, please contact before arriving.


Proceeding with booking implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, and any others which may be visible during the booking process, up the point of booking confirmation.
